1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FlareForge, a revenue operations platform operated by Studio Launch Ltd (Company No. 16430935), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Twelve Quays House, Egerton Wharf, Wirral, CH41 1LD.

By creating an account or using FlareForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlareForge. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at hello@flareforge.cloud.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

FlareForge is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the time of sign-up. By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlareForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without our written consent
• Use AI-generated outputs to mislead, deceive, or defraud

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within FlareForge — deals, contacts, documents, and related records. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your deal or contact data to provide services to any other customer. Your data is scoped to your organisation and is not accessible to other FlareForge users.

6. AI Features

FlareForge includes AI-powered features including portfolio briefings, deal suggestions, outreach drafts, and an ROI co-pilot. These features are powered by OpenAI’s API.

AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

FlareForge, its design, software, and content are owned by Studio Launch Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create and upload.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep FlareForge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will aim to provide notice of planned downtime where possible.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Launch Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FlareForge, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FlareForge shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted unless legal obligations require otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
