Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using FlareForge. It applies to all users of the platform. By using FlareForge, you agree to comply with this policy.

FlareForge is a professional tool built for aviation asset professionals. We expect it to be used professionally and in good faith.

2. Permitted Use

You may use FlareForge to:

• Manage your aviation deal pipeline, contacts, and company relationships
• Model ROI scenarios for aircraft and engine transactions
• Track mandates, critical dates, and deal activity
• Generate AI-assisted outreach, briefings, and deal suggestions for your own professional use
• Connect your email and calendar accounts to surface activity relevant to your deals
• Collaborate with colleagues within your organisation
• Export your data for internal reporting and analysis

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use FlareForge to:

Legal violations

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Process data in a way that violates data protection law
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime

Platform integrity

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform without written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use automated tools to access the platform in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures

Content and conduct

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Use AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your organisation

Commercial restrictions

• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to FlareForge to third parties outside your organisation
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Use exported data for purposes other than your own internal business operations

4. AI Feature Use

FlareForge’s AI features are intended to assist your professional work, not replace professional judgement. When using AI-generated content:

• Do not present AI-generated outputs as independently verified facts without review
• Do not use AI-generated outreach to mislead or deceive counterparties
• Do not submit AI outputs as your own work in contexts where that would be inappropriate or dishonest

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take action including:

• Issuing a warning
• Suspending or terminating your account
• Removing content that violates this policy
• Reporting to law enforcement where required

We will act proportionately and will give you the opportunity to respond before taking action where circumstances allow.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of FlareForge that violates this policy, please report it to hello@flareforge.cloud.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of FlareForge following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
